We are a UK-wide supplier of wet underfloor heating boards and pipe covers — not installers. Our team designs the board layout to match each room’s target temperature, so your installer simply follows the plan.

Common questions

Do you install the system?

No — we are supply only. We provide the boards, pipe covers, layout drawings and full technical detail. Your installer fits the system following our plan.

Is this suitable for heat pumps?

Yes. The board is engineered to give the highest heat outputs from the lowest flow water temperatures (28–35°C), so heat pumps operate at their optimum COP.

How much energy will I save?

Against other wet UFH systems, expect a minimum of 25% energy savings, rising to over 32% in many installations.

How quickly can the floor be used?

With the dry cover system the floor is walkable immediately. The special compound cover (2–4 mm) typically cures in 2–3 days.

Can the boards take heavy loads?

Yes. Compressive strength is 48 N/mm² — equivalent to concrete — making them suitable for commercial projects too.

Will this work on upper floors?

Yes — the boards are equally suitable for upper floors. We’ll specify accordingly.

Do you cover suspended ground floor retrofits?

Yes. We supply two suspended ground floor systems for renovations of old, damp or rotten floors. Call us to discuss.
